ANTIVIRAL AND ANTIBACTERIAL MEDICINES FOR PHARMACOLOGY AND SANITATION

The medicines of "Bacosorb" group for gastric and intestinal diseases
or infectious illnesses, etc.
These medicines represent inorganic polymers that are insoluble in biological liquids (e.g. in gastric juice); they are characterized by high inactivating capacity (up to 1 billion microorganisms per 1g) for Shigellae, Salmonellae, Escherichiae, Staphilococcaceae, S. pneumoniae, Rotaviridae and Coronaviridae,
V. poliomyelitis, Vibro Pseudocholerae, etc. Their field of applications can be enlarged for inactivation of hepatitis  viruses.
The experiments in vitro and in vivo shows that the deactivations of the liquids in question on "Bacosorb" proceeds during 3 to 20 min depending on the nature of pathogenic micro-organisms, which is followed by their lysis on active sites of "Bacosorb" surface, the products of the decay also binds with the sorbent. The type of action of the "Bacosorb" sorbent is similar to this of "Envet-1"medicine.
- ANTIVIRAL AND ANTIBACTERIAL SUBSTANCES FOR VETERINARY ANTIVIRAL AND ANTIBACTERIAL SUBSTANCES FOR VETERINARY.
The quantity of medicine, which is 100 times the evaluated therapeutic dose, at maximally possible filling of alimentary canal of test animals (rats, mice) was stop short of reaching LD-50 level. No negative reactions of the medicine on alimentary canal, on system for hematopoesis or on cardiac and vascular systems of test animals (mice, rats, cats, dogs) or another functional variations were detected.
THE LEVEL OF COMPLETION:
The methods for preparation and manufacturing of the medicines are at hand. The activity of the samples for deactivations of viruses and bacteria was studied; their pharmacological action is tested.
We are looking for investments needed for pharmacochemical certification of the medicines of the "Bacosorb" group and for completion of optional  equipment for its manufacturing.
