LOCAL SYSTEMS FOR COMPLEX PURIFICATION AND NEUTRALIZATION  OF LIQUIDS AND LIQUID WASTES


Using the technologies and materials devised, we are projecting, making, installing and attaching to main technological line new systems for complex local purification, for extraction of troublesome or valuable impurities from sewages  and wastes of technological solution in industries.

The systems, which design and capacity can be tailored for specific practices, might be used for successive or concurrent purification of sewages and working solutions, from:
- mechanical impurities;                                                        - colorings for foodstuffs and industrial dyes;
- organics of varying types (amines and aminoacids, products of fats or oil saponification, organic acids and bases);
- heavy and toxic metals (e.g. Pb, Cd, Hg, Fe, Co, Ni, etc);

The sorbents might also be used for neutralization of sewages by regulating their pH (and in buffer solutions as well)
These local systems for purification do not require large space for installation (from 10 to 20 m2 depending of capacity), their design might be chosen to represent a compromise between modern methods of purification of liquids (namely, sorption, filtration, with the use of chemical reagents and physical procedures of purification).
As a basis for the systems (as construction materials) we are using modern polymers and accessories; also provision is made for automatic instrumental measurements and control over the quality of purification; some of the units in the installations are electronically operated.
Total package of operations includes:
- modification of purification systems from type design to specific technological requirements;
- elaboration of technical Project and working documentation;
- production, fabrication and installation  of the system ;
- its coordination with main technological cycle.                As a result, the composition of the sewages is assured to match with the standards of local  Environment-protection authorities.
The systems for purification can be equipped by standard devices for running and controlling of the process and for checking the composition of purified solutions, or the system may be electronically operated.
